1. Locate and open or unscrew the battery compartment door.
2. Remove the plastic wrap from one of the CR2 3-volt lithium batteries provided.
3. Insert the battery into the battery compartment with the negative (flat) end first. The positive end will point to the outside.
4. Replace and close the battery compartment door so it is secure.
Note: This device is powered by a removable, CR2 3-volt lithium battery and will not operate outside of the approved temperature range
